Te Mōitiiti a Raumanuka: Junior Kapa Haka

 

Nei rā tā mātou rōpū whakangahau kapa haka teina e ako ana i ngā mahi a ō tātou tūpuna, oti atu e whakanui ana i to ratou Maoritanga, ma te waiata, ma te haka, ma te moteatea. Ma enei mahi katoa ka akona te hitori o te Ngaengae, ka akona nga purakau a nga tupuna, a, ka ahei te tuariari ki te whanau whanui ki nga hui a-kura, hui a-hapori ano hoki.

This is our junior kapa haka group where our tamariki learn the works of our tupuna and celebrate their Maoritanga with song, haka and chants. In all of this they are able to learn the history of te Ngaengae, they are able to learn legends and tales handed down from our ancestors.
