Starting school is a really important event and we want to make the time for you and your child a positive one!
Our New Entrant teacher collaborates with local ECE centres and we have a flexible transition to school programme. It is preferable that children have 4-6 visits to our New Entrant classroom before beginning school. During this time, we will chat with you about your child’s interests and allow them to play and meet their new friends. This time enables us to build a reciprocal relationship with whanau and help your child settle comfortably into school.
